I usually try to have a few new years resolutions each year. Last year I decided to have about 3 goals. Not too many but enough to keep me focused. I’m going to stick with that number this year.
I accomplished all 3 of my goals from last year. Let’s see what we can do this year.
- Eating less sugar – If you haven’t watched the documentary “Fed Up” yet, I’d highly recommend it. It’s insightful to see how the american diet has a TON of sugar in it. I believe I can stay healthy if I limit my sugar intake and I hope to put a stop to diabetes in my family.
- Save for a new car – Both Beth and I have been driving our cars for about 10 years now and it’s time to start saving for a new one. I’d like to get something environmentally friendly.
